If you see all items saying "sold out", this is because I don't ship to your country. Shopify automatically identifies your IP address location.

Even if I can't personally ship to your location, I do still allow third party mail forwarding services to ship on the parcel. Companies such as Shipito and Foward2me etc. But obviously it would be your responsibility to set this up and that company's to ensure you receive your parcel.

Every country has a tax threshold, which is the amount where a person begins paying taxes on an item. Custom duty may not apply to every international shipment, so it’s best to research the tax thresholds for your country.

If you do have to pay a fee the courier will contact you directly to collect any applicable duties and taxes. This is typically by email. These amounts need to be paid before delivery. The parcel will be held at customs for typically days.

All buyers are responsible for the import taxes set by their government. I have no control over your governments policies on import taxes and processes.

If your parcel returns to myself because the custom fees have not been paid, only the order total will be refunded, not the shipping cost.

As I'm sure you can understand, if your package gets stolen from your address/ safe place it is not my concern. Once your tracking shows the package has been delivered I can not file for missing mail compensation. This mail theft needs to be reported to your delivery courier and local authorities.

In the unlikely event that your parcel gets lost, you will either be refunded in full or the parcel will be shipped to yourself again.

Sometimes your tracking details may rarely update. Parcels are only scanned in at depots and customs facilities. Just because you cannot see an update does not mean the parcel is "lost".
